The annual blood donation camp for the Manmunai North Divisional Secretariat was held on April 8, 2024, at Derba Hall. This blood donation camp was held to address the shortage of blood in the blood bank of the Batticaloa Teaching Hospital.
In this blood donation camp, Dr. Vivekanandan, in charge of the Blood Bank of Batticaloa Teaching Hospital, and the medical officers and employees participated in the blood collection.
During this, many people, like divisional secretariat officials, Grama Nildhari, and the general public, participated and donated blood.
